Aloha, I’m Lauren—a dedicated facilitator devoted to personal growth, embodied wisdom, and intuitive spiritual connection. My work is rooted in a lifelong sensitivity to energy and a deep reverence for nature’s intelligence. Through quantum energetic healing, bodywork, herbal medicine, and integrative mentorship, I help others reconnect to their innate wholeness and live in greater alignment with their soul’s truth.
My early life was marked by both challenge and grace, which taught me resilience, empathy, and faith in the spark of God that continues to guide my path. Over the past decade, my journey has led me across vast mountains ranges, the jungles of Peru, South East Asia, Central America and the islands of Hawai‘i—studying with mentors and wisdom keepers who shaped my inner-standing of body, mind, and spirit. Today, I offer restorative spaces where humanity and divinity collide—inviting you to come home to yourself with compassion, and soul.

I came to Lauren Morrisey’s “Soulful Truths 12 week Integration” program as a 53-year-old woman looking for relief, help and maybe some “other world”answers that I was not finding in our conventional world.
I found her program to be very well structured that magically unfolded. Sessions provided me with concrete moments-aiding me to experience a clear understanding of my foundational self-that could only have happened via her guidance.
The sessions lent themselves to reveal long existing, elusive issues by subtly unlocking ancestral patterns that I would have never been able to understand nor release without her insight and help.
I looked forward to my weekly sessions focusing on me and ways to better understand & to evolve into the whole person I am-I feel more confidence, power and peace.
