​Aloha, I’m Lauren—a dedicated facilitator devoted to personal growth, embodied wisdom, and intuitive spiritual connection.

 

My work is rooted in a lifelong sensitivity to energy and a deep reverence for nature’s intelligence. Through quantum energetic healing, bodywork, herbal medicine, and integrative mentorship, I help others reconnect to their innate wholeness and live in greater alignment with their soul’s truth.

My early life was marked by both challenge and grace, which taught me resilience, empathy, and faith in the spark of God that continues to guide my path.

 

Over the past decade, my journey has led me across vast mountains ranges, the jungles of Peru, South East Asia, Central America and the islands of Hawai‘i—studying with mentors and wisdom keepers who shaped my inner-standing of body, mind, and spirit.

 

Today, I offer restorative spaces where humanity and divinity collide—inviting you to come home to yourself with compassion, and soul.  Where soul meets body.
